One on One coaching. A one hour lesson is $85.00 and a half hour lesson is $45.00. |

4 player minimum and 8 player maximum for one session. Each clinic last for 2 hours. The cost is $60.00 per player per clinic session. |
| Team Practices |
Our team practice is 2 hours. We can host the team practice or travel to your practice site. The cost is $275.00. We welcome your inquiries; please contact us for a pricing estimate if needed. |
| Increase Velocity Program |
Our Velocity Program is a 14 week program that offers an extensive arm strength throwing and conditioning program. Players that have done the program
have gained as much as 6 MPH after completing this program. Please contact us for prices and details.
