Top Speed’s LHP Casey Brown just signed a professional baseball contract with the Normal CornBelters of the Frontier League. The Senior, was dominating the GSCBL by going 7-0, with 60 K’s, 50.1 Innings pitched and an ERA of 1.60. Casey sits with a fastball of 90-92 MPH with good control and is a bulldog on the mound.
Casey is the 34th player from Top Speed Baseball to move on and play professional baseball and second this summer when fellow teammate Jackson Zarubin signed Free Agent with the Anaheim Angels a few weeks earlier.
Top Speed is currently 44-4 overall this summer and ranked #6th in the nation by Collegiatesummerbaseball.com and Casey is a big part of that success!!!!
